  FULL PARTICIPATION: $175 (Wednesday-Sunday)

  WEEKEND PARTICIPATION: $150 (4pm Friday-Sunday)
Please note: You must pre-register for the 2009 Winter Rendezvous. Although we will attempt to accommodate last minute "walk-ins" we cannot guarantee you will be able to partake in all the scheduled events.

I also understand that no refunds (full or partial) will be granted for any missed meals, events, or scheduled activities after Dec 30, 2007 for any reason including acts of terrorism and/or nature.
